Our service
Bros. Pro Hauling provides junk removal, cleanouts and hauling in the Tampa Bay area (Pinellas and Hillsborough counties). Booking a time window on this site requests that window; we confirm it with you by phone or text.
Scheduling
Arrival times are windows, not exact times. Traffic, dump hours and the job before yours can shift a window. We'll reach out if anything changes. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule so we can free the slot.
Access and site conditions
You confirm you have the right to have the items removed and that we may access the property. Please point out anything fragile, and clear a path where you can. We are not responsible for normal wear or unavoidable marks caused by removing large or heavy items through tight spaces, or for pre-existing damage.
What we cannot take
We cannot haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint and solvents, fuels and oils, asbestos, chemicals, medical or biohazard waste, or ammunition. If we find these on site we will leave them and let you know.
Items removed are disposed of
Once we load and haul your items they are recycled, donated or disposed of and cannot be returned. Please check every load before we leave and remove anything you intend to keep.
Payment
The amount for your job is confirmed with you before work begins and is due on completion. You can pay by card in person or through a secure payment link we send you. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Tips are always optional. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection.
Liability
Our responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
