Bros. Pro Hauling is a locally owned junk removal and hauling company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, serving the Tampa Bay area.
What we collect
When you book online or contact us we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, what you need hauled, any photos you upload, and the time window you pick. If you pay online, card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule your job, contact you about it, complete the work, take payment, and keep our own records. If you opt in to text messages, we may text you about scheduling and job updates. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business — our scheduling and hosting provider and our payment processor — and only as needed for your job. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Retention and security
We keep job records as long as needed for business and tax purposes and protect them with reasonable safeguards. No online system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as account or ID numbers by email or text.
Your choices
